Extremely profession, efficient, affordable, and, quite frankly, educational. I knew nothing of septic systems, and Bill was able to locate my tank, evaluate my issues, and get everything pumped and working in less than two hours. He taught me all the things that I should have known but didn't with respect to owning a home with a septic system. And then he gave me a discount at the end of everything, even though he already didn't charge me extra for servicing on a Sunday. Highest marks across the board.
