My experience with them was good. They found some pretty quality people for us.

I contacted their 800 number and spoke to someone who asked a lot of questions. After answering all the questions, I was then transferred to an agent in my area. She was very "salesy" and I knew almost from the get go, I wasn't going to be able to get a word in edge wise. She told me to give her FOUR days and she would send me an email with a few apartments I might like. Five days later after receiving nothing, I decided to go back to the original plan and find a place myself. I figured for the type of effort she was putting in, I was pretty much on my own anyway and no reason to pay anyone else.

They were very good, very professional and very focused. They charged us 5% of the cost.

The agent Weichert Realtors provides good communication and is attentive to our needs. She has good marketing skills while we giving us convenient showings.

Karen was wonderful!!! Such a nice lady, who knows everthing about real estate!!!! She helped my from start to finish and even had the place rented from day 1.

They are efficient, constant, stay in touch, and they personalize their service. Sometimes we haven't seen eye to eye with them on things but they stay consistent. They are a good company and if your realtor can't handle what you need they get someone else who can. Their prices are competitive with everybody else. I plan on using them again in the future.

I haven't been able to use anyone yet from Angie's List. The people listed are not in my area. My experience was very good. The representatives at the Weichert agency are friendly, intelligent, and knowledgeable of the area. I would recommend them, and use them again.

Nancy was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She is a hard working lady.
