Description of Work: Used Thoroughspect for initial inspection and subsequent sealing of house to prevent squirrels and rodents from entering. Brian was a pleasure to deal with - as well has his crew. They were most pleasant and professional. I really appreciated their attention to detail and helpfulness. After they left, I realized that they had put the rubber tire back on my outside cart, which I had broken several weeks before and had forgotten about. They could have just moved the cart, but instead, fixed it. | |Overall, I am very satisfied with the job done and am enjoying the peace of mind, watching the squirrels playing in the yard and not having to worry about them entering the house. |

Description of Work: I used the offer to get a whole house inspection for critter-proofing. Thouroughspect did a fantastic job with the inspection. He identified all the access points to the house for small and large animals and provided a detailed photoinspection that included all the evidence of animal incursion, AND he identified a number of other potential problems with the house that needed attention as well. I was very satisfied with this service. He provided an estimate for animal proofing the house which I have not yet taken advantage of given some of the other items he identified as part of the inspection, but I would definately use this company again and when it comes time to do the critter maintenance for the home, I will be using this service.

Description of Work: Brian really knows everything about houses..not just the critters who invaded this winter ...he was extremely thorough and even solved a baffling allergy issue (noticed that our a/c duct in attic was not connected!!)

Description of Work: We had Brian from Thoroughspect come in and give us an inspection off of the Big Deal for a major rat issue at the house. He did a thorough inspection, and gave us a realistic idea of how bad the problem was, and also what to expect with rats that have had some attempted trapping ( my husband tried). We found Brian to be knowledgeable, and straight forward with a common sense approach to dealing with this issue. Well, it went pretty much the way he said it would, with the seal of the home put in place after about a week of hard work, the last rat was the most difficult. If you have a rodent issue that is either being dealt with year after year from an exterminator or maybe your husband is making an attempt we suggest using Thoroughspect to solve it once and for all. It was not cheap, but in the end most things of quality are.

Description of Work: He came out right away and talked knowledgeably about what needed to be done - but it took several efforts to get a understandable estimate out of him. He kept sending us the pictures he'd taken but would not say in writing what he would to do to resolve the issue. By the time we finally got an itemized estimate we were traveling and then into the holiday season. We contacted after the New Year and he told us he would get to it on a catch as catch can basis - we decided to pass on the offer.
