+ -1 moreIt was not installed properly in the first place. The subsequent service calls did not address the problem. He provided shoddy work and we had to have a new gas meter installed plus install a completely dedicated gas line to the generator and had to landscapers restore our property -- he should not be working in this field.
Description of Work: Contracted to install a gas-fired generator. It was connected via an oil connection rather than a gas connection and it stopped working frequently and SEE stopped servicing. We cannot reach him via email or telephone. We had to have the whole system redone costing an additional $5,800. This man should not be in business

+ -1 moreHigh quality work. Due to a miscommunication, Mario did cut into our ceiling to run data wires in some places that we had not expected. However, he was incredibly helpful to repair the wall and ceiling where the holes were made (at his expense) - really providing the best possible remedy to the confusion. Based on this follow up, I would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Mario came to our house to assist with both electrical and data wiring. He also mounted a tv and added a light switch in one of our bedrooms.
