+ -1 moreThey experience of calling them was so abrasive, I didn't wait the week they told me it would be before they could help me with a pipe that was flooding my house. Needless to say, it wasn't a matter I could wait a week on. I understand if they don't have availability but practically getting yelled at for inquiring is not cool.
Description of Work: I called them for help and got barked at by the woman who answered after I explained my problem. Really really rude.

+ -1 moreThis is my second attempt to reach Biagi. About a year ago, I left multiple messages and spoke with the receptionist and finally gave up after they refused to call back or show up. Well, I figured I'd give them another shot because they are local. Save yourself the time and aggravation. Again, I left multiple messages and finally reached a women on the phone that told me they would call back. Short story--they just don't call you back. I can't imagine how their total lack of responsiveness would play out if you were to actually get them to come to your house. I'm not sure how businesses like this are still around. Find a better alternative that cares about their clients. When you are trying to get a quote is likely the time when they are on their best behavior--and this company shows no respect for time or responsiveness.
Description of Work: Nothing--can't get anyone to call me back.

I did not feel like, "What have I gotten myself into?" And they were neat, polite and knowledgeable. For the amount of time that they spent doing the work, I felt fine with their price. It was unremarkable.

Description of Work: We have been using them for many years, both to do plumbing at our home and at our rental homes. They are completely reliable and trustworthy. Their prices are fair and they always have good ideas to reduce costs. We have no concerns about leaving them to do their work. It is always very high quality. We would never consider anyone else.

+ 1 moreThe renovation was about $6,000. There is nothing I don't like about them. I would give them 4 stars. They are prompt and friendly. The quote is what is paid. They are thorough and clean. They are generally boy scouts.
Description of Work: I have been using Rudolph Biagi & Son Plumbing for years. They have done a host of things like a bathroom renovation, repair of clogged sinks, and replacement of piping in the basement.
