Saw some very good recommendations on Angie's List for Precision Stone. Called for an estimate. They asked if we'd fax the dimensions. Within one hour had a very fair estimate. The next day we went to their showroom and picked out our quartz countertops. Then the following day Steve (an owner) came to take measurements. Couldn't be nicer. Explained the process and set up the installation date. One week later Steve was back again with his crew to disassemble our old countertops and install the new. Same day. That easy! No mess, no dust, no damage. A few days later they were back again installing the backsplash. From looking them up to having it finished took less than two weeks. Amazing. After it was all done we noticed one small edge of the backsplash had not been polished. Not to worry. They were back in 2 days to fix that,too. Amazing! I can't say enough about how nice, courteous, reliable,honest ,fair and efficient they were. Chris in the showroom was so helpful and an owner is always at the job site (isn't that nice). I did not know if I needed service for my counter tops. I was giving information and was very thankful for the advice.

It was great. They had done the counter tops for my brother so we knew their work and definitely wanted to go with them. Their prices were reasonable, they were very professional and they were very accommodating to our schedule because we were having our cabinets done at the same time. They were able to work it out with our cabinet maker for schedule purposes.

I called Mr. Gazzola at Precision Stone after unsuccessful attempts to get service from the company that had installed our marble kitchen countertops. Mr. Gazzola was able to show me how and why a crack in our counter had developed. He showed me several sources of stress on the counter because of the way it had been installed and gave me two options: repair and replacement. He urged me to try again to get service the original contractor to stand behind his work. When again I could not get the original contractor to come to see the counter, I hired Precision Stone to repair the crack. Mr. Gazzola gave me an appointment during the same week, and arrived promptly with his crew. The kitchen marble had developed a large, long crack and the seam where two pieces came together was no longer straight, but jagged. Mr. Gazzola repaired the crack by filling it and shaved the marble leading up to the seam so gradually that it was almost impossible to see that it had been done. After honing and sealing the counters, the kitchen looked better than brand new. His crew was professional and courteous, and they cleaned up carefully and thoroughly.

We went down to Precision Stone to pick right out of the yard there. They were efficient, respectful of our home, and very clean. They had a very good turn around for a custom cut. Most were cut in 1-2 weeks and some were cut in 2 days. Their attitude is if I have any problem any time, they will fix it. They actually noticed a small spot that needed more polishing. They noticed it on their own, brought it to my attention, and determined it needed to go back to the shop to be finished properly. This is not an easy process as it takes several men just to load it since it is so heavy.
