 + -1 moreTerrible. I would never hire them again. They seemed professional and caring in the very beginning of the project, which was high end. Soon after, they started to "pad" their bills to us and made so many crucial building mistakes that I was having to chase after them to just concentrate and do their job as promised. After a few months of this nonsense and getting very high billings from them that were not honorable, we finally terminated them. They were mean-spirited and hostile towards the end when we pointed out the costly mistakes that they had made. They did not want to be held responsible for the mistakes, and argued incessantly about every little thing in order to weasel out of paying anything for the damages they caused. It was both pathetic and harrowing to be in the middle of.
Description of Work: This builder was dishonest and manipulating from the start. We needed a good company to come into our high end home and perform renovations. They promised that they would completely oversee and manage the renovation, but in the end, they most certainly did not manage nor oversee anything of importance and charged very high-end prices [hourly] for their sub-standard work.
