Met with a delightful guy from their sales department who seemed to be very thorough and professional. When I called to follow up on his suggestions I was put on hold for close to five minutes and then the rudest woman they could possibly find in the town of Greenwich came on the line to basically let me know that they did not need or really care about any additional business and sooner that I would get off the phone and stop bothering her the better. Oh well.

They came to review the two issues both times as expected. Each rep said the issue invovled serious repair. However, neither time did they get back with estimate or follow up on fixing the problem. I called another company --which I have now signed a contract with--Both problems were fixed relatively easy if you know anything about plumbing or heating systems. Won't be relying on or using this company again. Their price seems average, they are initially responsive but don't follow through. No drilling, welding, water shut needed.

I surveyed countless companies for the best rates, and New England was by far the best without any sales pressure. I also purchased a 1 year service contract whose rates were better than average. When I cancelled my old delivery service Company (Burke), they told me that the rates were too low and they couldn't match. Moreover, they proceeded to tell me that I will notice a difference in service and I'll come back next year. Funny thing is, I just had a service call with New England, they showed up on time, were extraordinarily courteous and professional, and quickly found a pre-existing problem which they immediately took care of. Very happy with their service.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT. THEY'RE A VERY RESPONSIVE COMPANY. THE PRICE WAS GOOD AND FAIR. THEY HAVE ALL DIFFERENT TYPES OF WARM AIR FURNACES YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM. THEY GAVE ME THREE OPTIONS, AND I PICKED THE MIDDLE OF THE LINE. THAT WAS WHAT WAS IN THERE BEFORE SO IT HAD TO WORK. THEY EXPLAINED THE OPTIONS.

THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS. IT'S JUST A LOCAL BUSINESS, AND THEY COME WHEN YOU CALL.

NEW ENGLAND OIL HAS CONSISTENTLY PROVIDED QUICK AND COURTEOUS SERVICE TO US, WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM TO PERFORM ANNUAL MAINTENANCE/SERVICE TO OUR OIL BURNER, ETC. AS THEY ARE SO RELIABLE.

THEY COME OUT WHEN WE NEED THEM OR WHEN OUR FURNACE ISN'T WORKING. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY, HOWEVER, A LITTLE PRICEY WHEN THEY DON'T NEED TO BE. OVERALL, THE EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE.
