 + -1 moreTo start, it's always nice to call a company and have another human being answer the phone! We had to wait until they finished with the days work they already had scheduled, but came right after work.
Description of Work: We had no water. We called and they were at the house within a few hours. Something burned out and they replaced it.

 + -1 moreI called after the Nor'easter that hit our area in Spring 2007. I reached someone in the office who said I'd get a call back to schedule an appointment. Less than 30 minutes later one of the company co-owners called. We set up a time, he arrived on schedule in the morning to assess the situation, and returned that afternoon to install the pump. Considering the disastrous conditions in our area, I expected a bill reflecting demand in the area. I was amazed that the cost was so reasonable - this company performed perfectly.
Description of Work: Replaced sump pump in basement.
