Gunderson Flooring and Design

I had a great experience with Jay Gunderson with an area rug. I bought a remnant at Stark Carpet and had Jay pick it up and size it for my room, and bind it for me. He was very helpful in helping me choose the right binding. The service was quick and professional, at a very reasonable price. He and his son delivered and installed the rug then very thoughtfully helped me place my furniture back in the room, just where I wanted it. I would recommend him highly!

My wife and i were very pleased with the prompt and courteous service provided. The floors were sanded and varnished to our specifications. We have received praise from visitors and friends about the beauty of the floors and the apparant level of expertise. The workers cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis and provided help in putting things back in order. We were especially pleased at the attention given the job by Mr. Gunderson on very short notice. His crew was able to sand and apply three coats of varnish on a job covering 1000 sq. ft. in 4 days.

I have an antique home and was concerned about refinishing my daughter's bedroom floor. Mr. Gunderson called me immediately , after I submitted my form to Servicemaster, and was very reassuring of his services. I was VERY pleased with the job his company did. There was no mess and the floor looks fabulous. I plan on using them again in the near future.

Great company, showed up on time from day one. Initial estimate was a little off because floor was covered by carpet and defects could not be readily seen until it was removed but extra costs were discussed up front and agreed to. No suprises and they finished on time. I would recommend them.
