Great Quality & Service

Jay and his team do quality work and provide great customer service while completing the work. Jay really allows you to decide what you want and accents it with his experience! I asked them to do a lot of work including carpet removal, wood floor stain, painting, tile placement, molding, and even a few odd jobs and Jay's team was able to take care of it all. Highly recommend!

Jay and his crew did a great job refinishing our floors. I was particularly impressed with his approach to dealing with a difficult situation and how he worked through it to achieve a fantastic result.

They responded quickly. Had the job done in a short time and went the extra mile to put on an extra coat to be sure the floors looked in top shape. I was very pleased with the experience and the result.

Mr. Gunderson, and his crew, are both professional and a pleasure to deal with. His pricing is competitive and his estimate was spot on. He explained to me the procedure and pointed out problem areas and what options I had to correct them. During the refurbishing, if any issue came up I was informed immediately and no work was performed without my approval. I had two problem areas where sections of the flooring had to be replaced. Considering the flooring was 40 years old, I expected the replacement would stand out - old wood against new wood. Jay blended the flooring, which was done in natural coloring - no chance of hiding behind dark stain - so well you cannot see the difference. My only surprise was that the flooring was restored to such a beautiful state. Something Jay insisted would be the case but I keep having my doubts until I saw the fully restored floors. I am very pleased with the work, the timing and the communication I experience with Gunderson Flooring.

Jaye and his workforce were very professional and knowledgeable. We had worndown Maple flooring in the entrance hallway and kitchen, and beautiful but lifeless American Cherrywood flooring in the living room and dining room. The Maple floor required sanding, followed by several coats of finish. Jaye took great care to minimize the impact on other living areas. The work was high quality - the floors look beautiful.

Jay went above and beyond to refinish our 80 year old floor. It looks AMAZING! We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Our flooring needed repair in a few spots the crew did what it took to find the exact match of the wood and the repair blends perfectly. I would highly recommend Gunderson without reservation!
