Services we offer

We offer walk-in computer repair services, including Mac and PC repair, screen and hinge repair, spill remediation and legacy Mac repairs. We also provide Microsoft Windows support and troubleshooting, PC security and antivirus support, and data recovery services on premises. Additional services include, network installation and troubleshooting (wired/wireless), field repair, and a full line of home electronics in our showroom (Bose, Beats, Sonos, Lenovo, Apple, Windows, Sony)

Services we don't offer

While we sell ink, printing supplies and printers, we do not have managed print services.

I’m a longtime Computer SuperCenter customer and took in my LaCie external hard drive for repair/replacement several months ago. The drive was housed in exclusive F.A. Porsche-designed housing, which was in mint condition. Long story short: They lost the housing enclosure. I’ve called the store repeatedly and spoken with staff members who didn’t understand the situation or how to research and remedy the issue. They keep stalling. No one there has called me back, either. What a disappointment. I will never do business with Computer SuperCenter of Greenwich again. Caveat emptor.

VERY PLEASANT WHEN SHOPPING IN HOUSE BUT SERVICE OR SITE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL-DID NOT SHOW UP AS PROMISED, LEFT WITHOUT WORK BEING COMPLETE.
