+ 0 moreCharlie often did not show up as promised and did not call to indicate he was not coming. Demanded periodic payments before the dates cited in his contract and additional money because he claimed he underestimated the job. Finally, he promised to return to follow up on my punch list and never arrived or returned multiple phone calls and emails, although his contract claims to guarantee his work. Stay away from this person!!!!!

+ 0 moreCharlie's crew is the most professional I've met. They all have incredible attention to detail. Charlie made sure that everyone knew what our expectations were, and that they took the care to get it 100% right. They were professional, and took care to keep everything clean. Charlie oversaw everything, and proactively looked for minor imperfections that we hadn't noticed, and got them fixed before the job was done. The end result is better than we had hoped for, and we are very happy with it.
Description of Work: Painted multiple rooms and closets in our new house, as well as prepared walls for wallpapering.
