I had a real emergency. Movers were loading furniture for shipment. One large piece of furniture that I understood to be easy to disassemble wasn't. It required understanding of how the item had been put together, and careful removal of nails and screws without doing damage to the furniture. I tried Home Advisor, said I needed help immediately, and in no time I was contacted by Cassio. He came within half an hour, analyzed the problem and got to work. The item was disassembled and readied to be loaded on to the moving truck. I was happy with Cassio's work and especially grateful that he arrived quickly and got the work done by the time the movers needed to load it.
