Description of Work: Patricia Baiardi designed a wonderful home office/guest house for us as separate building in what used to be a pool house. We used the slab and the original footprint of the building but it is otherwise a completely new building. She took time to understand our needs and responded with several designs that were exactly what we were looking for. She has since also helped up envision what we could do with our plain jane main house. Part of this included designing a kitchen addition for us, which we hope to build in the near future.
