Description of Work: Installed a completely new roof with ice and water shield. Roof leaked within 2 years. Owner would not respond and did not honor warranty on roof. The owner Troy Zaro has changed the name of his company 3 times in the last 5 years in an attempt to avoid warranty. Stay away from this roofing company. Has an F rating with BBB in CT.
