Mark responded promptly and courteously to all phone calls/questions. He was punctual. We haven't been able to rate the work he's done yet (it has to snow). He gave us an estimate and when the work turned out to be simpler than he first estimated, he charged us less than the quote. Highly recommend you consider him.

I live in Illinois and wanted to do work on a house we're still trying to sell in Connecticut. I found Mark on line. He called quickly, picked up the tiles I ordered, installed them a week after our initial contact. He was friendly and professional. He did excellent work! And he subcontracted an electrician for a little work that needed to be done. Mark is wonderful. I recommend him to everyone.

He did not come with the things he needed to hang my pictures and ran ou to buy picture hangers that I told him I already had. He charged me way too much and left when I told him of other projects. He was going to come the next week and I did not hear from him for over two weeks. He did help me, but I felt like he really didn't want to be here and left early.
