Communication was excellent. I got regular updates from Nick on the service that was being done. Nick took the time to ensure that the correct products were being used for my rug cleaning as we have a very thick wool shag rug. He knew exactly how to treat the specifics of this rug and it turned out beautifully. Additionally, I also appreciated the respect for my home that Nick showed. He was quick to put on shoe covers before entering our home. It is little details like this that are so appreciated on top of great service. I highly recommend Jones Cleaning and Restoration.
