+ -1 moreWe hired Nancy Gordon in late March; she had us online in days, March 29, to be exact. On April 18, we got a bid, we countered and then negotiated a fair price. Nancy has been in contact with me mostly by text, also by email, phone and in person constantly through the process. If a question pops into my head, I text her and back comes the reply. She has not once been late to an appointment with me. She shows up even when she doesn't need to, for example, during the home inspection paid for by the buyer. In fact, the buyer was lucky she did as the buyer's agent was late so Nancy was able to let the inspector in. She has deep connections to local contractors and was able to quickly get minor things repaired. She brings a wealth of experience, well-honed professionalism and even an easy sense of humor to her job.
