he absolutely did what i hired him to do but, i had 2 follow up ?'s and i texted him with no response. I think my expectation was that he would answer if i had ?'s after he left. so be advised.

Person arrived on time. Fixed the problem in half an hour. Obviuosly knew what he was doing. Great job. Would call him again if any other oroblems show up.

I spent many hours on the phone trying to get an SBC global problem fixed. Contacted Jason, he came out and was able to resolve my problems within 10 minutes. It was also time for me to purchase a new laptop. He made recommendations, I purchased, and he migrated all of my data seamlessly. Extremely impressed with his technical abilities, and ability to communicate with me as I have no technical ability. I highly recommend him.

Diagnostic was performed, analysis confirmed that the issue would be more expensive to fix than it would to purchase a new laptop. Had fast response time, was extremely understandable in regards to scheduling and speed, and performed an in-house demonstration of the issue to further explain.

Determined that the mother board was going. Was able to replace it with a refurbished desktop updated with Win 10 for $400 including monitor. Copied all files to new computer. Very happy with service.

Vectro Computers, represented by Jason, gets an excellent rating from me. He was on time for his appointment window at my residence, easy to work with as I explained the problems to him and answered questions about my laptop. (operating system problem) He seems to enjoy the work and politely answered tangential questions. (a very non-corporate practice) I utilized his services rather than the company I bought my computer from over the internet, despite my laptop being under warranty, as they were one headache after another. He engaged in no high pressure tactics, explaining my various options. He also gave me expert advice on acquiring a word processing program and a printer. No up-selling. His rates were reasonable and he stuck to the quoted price, despite what I believed to be additional work to solve the problem. The computer works fine now. Excellent job.

When I could not contact a computer company I had been using (out of business?), I contacted Jason/Vectro Computers because he had very good reviews. Jason knows what he is doing and stands by his work. He was here several times for various matters. We use a second, simple computer for a non-Internet program. Our system was so old, the program could not be updated and we also needed a new printer. The external hard drive was to backup our main computer. Jason recommended which hard drive to buy as well as recommended a printer for our second computer, and he let us know when it was on sale. Each of his recommendations were for products that are quality but also saved us money. He also, in a couple of minutes, diagnosed and fixed a nuisance problem I had with my main computer. When it was turned off, the slightest touch or vibration of the mouse would turn the system back on - very annoying. The former computer techs could not fix this. It took Jason a moment to adjust some setting in the computer and the problem was solved. Finally, he is a lovely person to work with. I highly recommend him.

It went very well. Jason was very willing to go above and beyond what I originally thought Ineeded. What he charged for the additional work was very reasonable as was his original quote. I highly recommend him and plan to use him again when needed.

It was a custom gaming computer and technician was very capable in proceeding with the project and had all the knowledge and equipment to complete the task in my home.
