THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX MY OLD WATERHEATER AND COULD HAVE EASILY REPLACED IT SINCE I ASKED FOR IT AFTER BEING TOLD BY ROTO ROOTER THAT IT WOULD BE TOO EXPENSIVE TO REPAIR AND TO GET A NEW ONE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

I used Nathan for a water heater issue. He does the work himself. He is prompt and courteous. It was a matter of relative urgency and his price seemed competitive, so I didn't actually get other estimates. He came in under his estimate though, which is always good. It was not a big job. Seems like a nice guy.

Very fast response. Had a leak in my hot water heater, called to get a quote, and set up an apointment set something us for the next day 8am, a few hours later Nathan called me back and asked if he could come by in an hour to do the job. Never had someone come early before. did an excellent job.
