+ -1 moreStay far away from Kevin Grace Builders. We hired him to renovate two full bathrooms. Things started out Ok but then he just disappeared. He stopped returning calls and texts. We had to involve a lawyer to sever the relationship. We hired another contractor and learned that a lot of the work was substandard. Do research on how many times he has been sued for similar before you consider hiring him.
Description of Work: Started a two bathroom remodel. In 9 months he only complete part of one bathroom.

+ -1 moreKevin Grace agreed to update my kitchen backsplash / countertop area. He came to my house and took measurements and gave me a quote for work to be done. He agreed to do the work. He contacted me to confirm that he was coming, a couple days prior to the day he said he would be coming to my house to do the job. On the day he was to come and start work, he did not show up and did not contact me in any way. He ignored my repeated attempts to get in touch with him. He has made no attempt to fix this issue. Just not showing up for a job he had agreed to do for me, and ignoring my repeated attempts to get in touch shows that he is very shady and unprofessional. I would advice you to stay away from this man and his company.
