+ -1 moreFrom start to finish a good experience. Reasonable estimate, came in on budget. Quality workmanship. Reasonable down to earth boilermen in attitude who went above and beyond, made a few extra adjustments to nearby systems.
Description of Work: New furnace. added extra zone to the house.

+ -1 moreI had an oil fill and noticed one tank was full and the other one was only partially full. I called, spoke to the owner of the company (who answered the phone) explained my problem, they came out the next day (it was not an emergency) and cleaned the fuel ling between the two tanks.
Description of Work: I had a problem with my oil tanks (2) - the connecting line between the 2 tanks was plugged. Glastonbury Oil came out and fixed it very promptly. I have done business with this company for over 20 years and their service and oil delivery has been outstanding - I even had to have them out for "no heat" on New Year's eve one year and they responded and fixed the problem quickly.

+ -1 moreThe job took approximately 6 months to complete but the company lived up to their contract. The servicemen were timely and there were no problems with the installation. As with any time you are building a new home, they couldn't come everyday but they did arrive when they were scheduled to be here.
Description of Work: They installed radiant heat in my new 18 room, 5000 sq ft home. They zoned and laid all the pipes and connected them to the manifolds and controls.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE EFFICIENT WITH THEIR TIME AND HAD EVERYTHING DONE QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND NICE TO HAVE AROUND. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THE MESS.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND CLEANED OUT THE LIME BUILD UP IN THE HOT WATER HEATER, THEN THEY CHECKED OUT THE HEATING ELEMENT.
