I called at 8:00 A.M. Promptly the phone was answered and they said they would be there at 1:00 P.M, that DAY, which in itself was impressive. Matt arrived on time. He was professional and friendly. Within a couple minutes he knew exactly the problem. We needed a part, which he had on the truck. He replaced the part and the unit was working within 20 minutes. This is now our go to guy to service our air conditioning and furnace needs yearly. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs a professional!!! Love Matt and Love this company!!!!

Very well. Paul and his people did an excellent job. It was a complicated project and they did it well. They were careful to size the new equipment properly, installed it on schedule, cleaned up completely and, at a most competitive price. They have been prompt to respond to and address any questions I had post installation. I highly recommend Paul and his people.

My fiance and I just bought a home in Newington and our Electrician suggested we get the CAIR serviced. I did a search on Angie's List and was impressed by the reviews for Glastonbury Mechanical and they also offered a $125 service coupon. I sent an email and heard from them within hours. They honored the $125 service cost without my having to purchase it on Angie's List. I was unable to be there for the actual call, but my father-in-law was there and was extremely impressed. Along with servicing the actual unit, they replaced an extremely dirty filter in the ceiling and installed new batteries into the temperature control unit on the wall. I will DEFINITELY use them again in the future!

The workers showed up on time, were very mindful not to mess up the house or basement, cleaned up at the end of each day and did a wonderful job. They even took the time to install a new frost free outside faucet to help keep the construction of the new addition flowing smoothly. I've been using this company for years. They installed my A/C system and service it annually. I will continue to use this company and recommend them highly.

CAUTION! The owner and manager have volatile tempers. Staff turnover is high and the company work ethic is questionable. I am filing a complaint because of repeated threats after I terminated an annual service agreement. On one occasion, the owner himself billed both me and my neighbor for the SAME service visit. He was across at the neighbor's house and stopped by to see his service man at my hone. He then double billed for the exact same hour to both myself and my neighbor. On another occasion, an appointment was scheduled and they never showed up - no call and no attempt to accommodate after their oversight. They simply expected me to take another day off and reschedule the appointment. In the year prior, when the AC needed repairing, they botched the job and my AC units ran non-stop for three days - generating over a $600 bill from CL&P. They will promote themselves as qualified, but there is no quality customer service support. The poor service clearly tracks back to staff turnover. When their long time office manager departed, the company was left the direction of the owner and should now be avoided.

Paul, the owner, was prompt in proving a detailed quote with detailed explanations for his recomendations. His price matched one of the three quotes I requested and was substantially lower than the third. The removal of the old furnace and installation of the new one went smoothly for such a complicated job. There have been a couple of follow-up calls to deal with minor adjustments which were done promptly and effectively. The furance has now performed perfectly for two winters. A major extra plus is that ts power requirements are so low I can easily operate it with a 2,000 watt portable generator during our frequent electrical outages .

Very nice to talk to. Responded to my e-mails very fast, and it appeared that they would be very correct. The problem is that they never showed up, despite the fact that we waited for over 4 hours for them. It is a shame, cause I really liked them. But if you never show up on the first appointment, I cannot trust you to replace my entire Heating and Cooling system. Had to go with Aiello at this point, cause Aiello showed up on time.

I have been using them for about 15 years. I use them for all my heating and ac repairs. They are reliable and I can count on them. They do a good job. They are prompt, usually call before they come, and always shows up when scheduled.
