They are excellent, friendly, courteous. They showed up on time and did the job on time.
Description of Work: They replaced the master shower valve that involved all handle and skemp and they coordinated it with my tenant.

The plumber determined that the leak was not caused by a plumbing problem but a few tiles that needed to be resealed (not work that they would do). Our handyman fixed the problem for $20. The bill from Delponte was $137 for no parts and almost no labor. When questioned, they indicated that this was their fee "for walking in the door." This is one door they will not be entering again.

Description of Work: I've been using Delponte for over 27 years to do the plumbing at the apartment complex that I manage. so, yes, I would hire again. They've done every king of plumbing job you'd imagine, including kitchen and bath replacements, water heaters installed, toilets repaired and replaced.

Description of Work: John installed a pressure release valve on line to hot water tank and replaced broken metal piping in garage with flexible plastic piping to avert future line breaks. | |I want to compliment in particular John's capacity for listening carefully and diagnosing problems. My water tank issues had been recurring for more than a couple of years, and several people had looked at it and jumped to conclusions about what the problem and/or the solution might be. John was |thoughtful and analytic, and I've had no difficulties whatsoever with water tank overflows since his visit.

When started the installation went smoothly and no complaints abut the quality of workmanship. I was however dismayed to be told by another professional that his price for the same heater and its installation would have been some $600 less. Job delayed some months by provider's illness but this not a problem.

I have used him for years. He has a young fellow working with him, it's not a big operation but they are great. He's usually here once a year for one thing or another. He is prompt. I think his prices are reasonable. A lot of people we know use him. Our church uses him as well for some work.
Description of Work: I used Delponte Plumbing & Heating Inc. Recently we had some plumbing problems. We had a leaky faucet, sink and tub. They were able to fix. Before that we had to change some spigots on our clothes washer. He replaced a pump for our well.
