+ -1 moreRyan and Tommy came at 9:30 a.m. and stayed until 2:00 p.m. They took extraordinary care in the installation of my door and replaced all the trim. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up.

+ -1 moreSomehow we missed connections so I drove out there to the company and I didn't find the manager there, but his assistant told me that they don't use the product I have anymore and they could not supply any replacements, repairs or anything. They also couldn't answer any questions about it. That got to me because I have fixed a few things on them myself. It was their product, and instead of really willing to help me out and seeing the situation and giving me help, they did not do that. I can't understand that. It's not professional even if I am a small customer, I just don't think that is right. Anyone who is going to buy all new, may be satisfied, but as far as coming back a few years later, the game seems to be that they will sell you a whole new catalog of the new stuff but they can't help with anything they sold before.
Description of Work: I contacted them to see if they would work on my windows.

+ -1 moreI WOULD RECOMMEND HIM. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE CALLED ME RIGHT BACK, AND CAME OUT A COUPLE DAYS LATER. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID ALL THE CLEANUP. HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB.
