+ -1 moreThat made me want to part ways and I simply asked for them to bill me for the work that they did. I waited a while and received no bill so I contacted them again to ask about the bill. I was told that they were recalculating because of a surcharge for canceling my contract agreement, which I NEVER signed. Devin (operations manager) told me that since I canceled, that I did not comply with the contract and will actually be charged a higher fee than what we verbally agreed on. The misunderstanding got out of hand; if you want to hire this company you better have a lawyer because it is all very technical. This could have been left at simple misunderstanding between both parties and the bill be settled with no problem in the amount that we agreed on. Instead he threatened to take me to court to settle this and proudly told me that they've taken people to court for $40! I think people need to know this, that this company may know well but they don't any conflict resolution skills at all. I would not recommend them to anyone or ever hire them again.
Description of Work: Contacted this provider for yard work and they had a 7 page contract that they wanted me to sign and informed me 3 times that I could back out of it if I had a problem. I refused to sign the contract because I found it absurd. They said they will mow and edge only and I wanted blowing as well, so he said as a new customer they would occasionally blow for my convenience. They mowed my lawn 10 times, only 1 out of 10 times, did they blow as they agreed to do, and that left me unhappy. I asked them to blow the debris as they work or after so that it looked nice and they refused stating it was not included on the paper and that I had to deal with it. I was also told that if I wanted extra work that it would be $85/ hourly rate. I didn't want a difficult task to be done, blowing is something that anyone can do and should be included with the mowing over all because it's so simple.

Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters and removed my leaves from my 1.0 acre property. I did some pre-work to collect leaves from the back but they took care of everything else. They were timely and professional and the property looked great afterward.

Description of Work: Excellent quality job, that included lawn mowing, trimming, blowing & leaf removal.They worked with me in regards to not mowing the lawn, for a period of time. I dictated this, in order to protect the lawn in the hot summer period. They respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner, which is important.
