True Professionalism and Determination!! My local plumber did not feel he had proper equipment to snake the main septic line from house. Worried about baffles. Diagnosed the problem as a “soft blockage” in the main septic line between house and tank. This was the cause of the washing machine stand pipe overflowing with water during drain cycle Septic company recommended Ace Electric Sewer. Paul came out with an assistant and dug up the septic cover to try to snake the blockage with a special blade on the end of the snake. That got some movement of water but not enough Water blasted the line from basement side clean out port which sits above the sump pump hole. That finished the job and water was flowing again. Considered a “sludge blockage” which was probably due to age of house. Never had seen this type of service performed before, but it was truly needed at the end of June 2023 Not the easiest project, fair price, will definitely hire again if needed

We had a blocked drain and called a few plumbing services. The first one quoted $1,000, the second about $500 but then Ace Electric Sewer Service fixed the problem for $195. We are still stunned by the cost savings. They fixed the problem quickly and were very pleasant and professional.

After Roto Rooter, I decided to call a plumber who said it sounded like tree roots and to call Ace Electronic Sewer Service. I called and Paul, the owner, and his co-worker arrived shortly thereafter. They used some high-tech equipment and a camera to locate pipe and clog. They were thorough, found the clog & removed the roots. I was very relieved the sewer pipe did not need to get dug up and happy with the efficient work done - also that it cost a LOT LESS than what was quoted by Roto Rooter. I would highly recommend them.

They are very dependable and all of the work they have done for us has never failed. They come in, do the work, and leave and you never have to worry about having any problems with it. They are a little high in price but, you pay for what you get.
