**Above and Beyond Kitchen Contractors – Absolutely Outstanding!** We recently had the pleasure of working with Ernest who is the owner of *Above and Beyond* for our kitchen remodel, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and above all, the craftsmanship is exceptional. The team was not only punctual and respectful, but they truly listened to our needs and vision. The quality of the work speaks for itself. Our kitchen has been completely transformed into a space that is both beautiful and functional. They really did go *Above and Beyond* in every sense of the phrase! Our home is a 1733 antique so it presented unique challenges. When they took the kitchen down to the studs we discovered that some major reinforcement needed to be done which they accomplished in record time to keep us on schedule. Wow, and at a fair price too! How often can you say that! A true pleasure to work with Ernest and all his crew!

I hired above and beyond to remodel my bathroom it was in very rough shape The owner and crew were very friendly And I am very happy with the end result I would recommend hiring this company 🙌

Project took a long time. Contract was for covering up one window on long wall and installing new window on short wall. Previous leak in window left musty smell so contract was also for removing all drywall and plywood sheathing on the two walls. Wall installation on short wall and new window installation went without issue (window yet to be inspected). On long wall contractor mistakenly covered both outlets on wall. I discovered 1 in process. The other we found out afterwards and wall subcontractor came out and cut a hole in wall where the outlet was but never put face plate. Contract was for replacing plywood. Contractor said wood was ok and refused to replace but we were being charged for it so we negotiated to put tyvec wrap on wall exterior under siding. Preventing water intrusion and leaks was top priority for us. Took a lot of conversation for the contractor to put the tyvec. Painting and flooring subcontractors did good job with their respective work. Main issue is with fire door installed by contractor. Per contract, fire door was to be prehung. We doubt it was pre hung due to gaps in frame and sill. See attached pictures. Door is crooked inside frame. Large gap between door and sill where you can fit fingers through. Door knob from previous door was reused, but not cleaned prior to reinstallation; old paint can be seen on edge. We complained about door and contractor said to discuss after holidays. After holidays we texted again and no answer. We texted questioning the door, and he sent a link to the door he said he bought, but the link was for a door from a different hardware store. Only upon notifying contractor we initiated a dispute with our credit card company over the $1500 for the door did he respond with a phone call. Phone call got heated and there was lots of yelling. We do not want this door to be adjusted we would prefer a new pre-hung fire door to be installed correctly. Also when painting, paint dripped onto the window screen. Contractor attempted to removed paint and damaged screen with small tear. We request the screen be replaced. Also talked to town and discovered permit was pulled for window but no permit was ever pulled for the door.

Do not ever hire them.

Make sure you inspect the job before final payment.

Ernest and his crew were very professional and made this renovation so easy. I appreciate their help and advice with what would work best for our bathroom. Will and Ernest did a great job replacing all the carpet in our house with hard wood floors and were kind enough to assist in moving some of the heavy furniture. I would highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I had a similar experience that other people already reported here. Worst service ever! They did an unprofessional job on the floor, even not safe for us. Whoever came to my house after their job, they suggested not to pay and to ask them re-do because it looks not finished at all. I found another guy after them, and he completed a lot of jobs with better prices and awesome results. They tried to get too much projects from multiple customers at same time, so could not finish the project on time.

Will was able to get project of adding stairs to our deck and replacing deck rails done in a timely manner. He was very diligent in obtaining permits, and was quick to communicate any issues with us. We could always rely on Will to respond to any questions we had quickly and efficiently. Once we explained to Will we needed these stairs in order to move in, so we could get our 13 yr old greyhound in and out of the house, he was able to complete project in one day! I would most definitely recommend Above and Beyond Remodeling llc for dependable, reliable work done in a timely manner.

We hired Ernest to renovate our garage into a game room and an additional bedroom to our home. We are so happy with the outcome! Our walls and ceiling are flawless and it was completed quickly. Ernest had great suggestions to help improve the space and was very responsibly priced. Each inspection passed with no issues along the way. We added barn wall planks per his suggestion and it turned out amazing! We get so many compliments on the accent wall.

Ernest and co at Above and Beyond Remodeling really did just that... they went Above and Beyond. The work, communication, and overall general nature of the group was outstanding. No shortcuts were taken and we could not be more happy with how the work came out. We had a wall taken down and we have carpet ripped up for hardwood floors. Both the floors and the beam that went in to replace the load bearing wall look phenomenal! There was also a very calm sense and great attitude from the team. Never felt stressed or flustered, but was able to make a lot of conversation with the guys. I recommend Above and Beyond Remodeling to everyone!

Terrible service. Run fast and stay away. Earnest and Will are completely incompetent. Workmanship and quality were terrible. We could not get a hold of them and their communication is terrible. Find someone else please do not hire these guys. It took them 6 months to complete a 3 month project.

We had a very similar experience as someone else. How disappointing! This company is very unprofessional. They could not get organized or remember details, they tried to cut corners at every turn, they caused us to delay, they got aggressive when you questioned the quality of work and tried to blame the customer every time. I could have done a better job myself. I should have fired them three times over. Save your time, money, and aggravation and go somewhere else.

Hired for a full house renovation - had to fire them halfway through! Poor communication, incredibly slow and they cut corners everywhere they could. Left a mess and then blamed us because they were not making enough money on this project. We have already had to hire someone to fix the issues that they left behind. Save yourself the hassle and hire *literally* anybody but these guys.

Ernest recently completed a basement remodel for our home. It went from a dark, uninviting spot to one of our favorite places in the house. The quality of work is fantastic as well as communication from Ernest regarding when and how things will be done. Ernest is currently working on two other projects in our house and we are already lining him up for more wood floor installs, paintings, and bathroom remodels. Highly recommend!
