Description of Work: I received an estimate from them for a termite treatment. I was not impressed. Initially while on the phone with him he gave me a huge estimate of $3600. Then when he arrived he said something totally different. It's a long story but I had a significant termite infestation... And Based on my research I did Previous to his arrival. I'm pretty sure the guy was lying to me on what it would take to get rid of my termite problem because he knew that I had already done my research after talking to him on the phone and knew the competition could do it for $900.00. And using bait instead of gallons of harsh chemicals. He knew I did not have the capability to pay the original exorbatent estimate, so he basically lied about the treatment .... The guy was essentially completely full of crap.

 + -1 moreOnce they sprayed the ants were dead in 15 minutes. I have 4 bait boxes around each side of the house for mice and chipmunks. Everything he does is great. He's very dependable. When he did the inside of the house he did not charge me because he had been out 2 weeks before. The pricing is fair; it was extremely nice of him to not charge me for the inside. He is very knowledgeable. He's a nice guy.
Description of Work: They been coming around once a month and spraying for ants. He also placed bait boxes around 4 corners of the house to catch mice and chipmunks.

Description of Work: Excellent service. He was prompt and thorough. Price was less than quoted on the phone. Spent a good deal of time explaining what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated.

 + -1 moreMy husband has an allergy to bees and when I called to have someone come and remove a large nest, thou no one answered the office phone, they called my cell phone back after recieving our call within 30 minutes and came to the house the next day. We used them last year when we found bats in the attic. We had gotten several estimates, theirs was the best and they told us exactly what the 3 other contractors told us they would do, for a much better price. We have had no further problems in the attic.
Description of Work: remove bee nest and do a bat exclusion

 + -1 moreThey even came back a second time, as there were hundreds of them under my siding and they got the rest of them. He's very reasonable, and they do excellent work. They put in bait traps for mice when they did so, as well.
Description of Work: They removed yellow jackets very effectively.
