Joe did an AMAZING job. He had a scope that he put into the pipe, and found that small roots were clogging the pipe. He then was able to use a machine that blasted the roots away with highly pressurized water. Voila, within an hour or so, with no digging or anything disruptive, two masses of roots were removed from the interior of the pipe, allowing the scope to "inspect" the interior of the pipes, and see into the dry well at the end of the pipe, which was in excellent condition. I would HIGHLY recommend ASAP and Joe for any kind of drainage/sewer/pipe issue. He was extremely professional, knowledgable and friendly. Had we been forced to dig up the pipe (which ran under a bluestone patio), it would have cost thousands of dollars and been very disruptive. His amazing skill and (I am sure expensive) equipment saved the day!

Excellent....no issues.

I had waste water seeping ups from the drain in my basement. I called Joe about 9:30. He showed up about 10:30. He provided estimates of what it would cost depending on the services provided. The problem was roots (in several places) in the pipe from my house to the city sewer line. Joe used a camera to determine the problem and showed me what he saw on the camera at 3 interim steps. Once the job was complete, he showed me that the pipe was clean all the way out to the city sewer line. He was prompt, professional and courteous.

Spoke to Joe late on a Friday afternoon about the problem. He was heading to another call and said he could come out after 10pm or first thing in the morning - I decided next day. He promptly arrived in the morning when he said he would and talked through a couple of likely scenarios and costs. He was very clear, and set reasonable expectations, He got to work right away and diagnosed and fixed the problem in just under an hour. He cleaned up after the job and was a pleasure to deal with. Overall much cheaper than the big names and he was very responsive. It was bitterly cold with snow and ice everywhere but he still made it on time and did a great job. Highly recommended!

Called company up first thing in the morning to see if they could schedule us in for a some what emergency blocked drain. They were able to fit us in. Once they arrived, the quickly found the blockage and cleared it and also inspected the drain all the way to the street to make sure nothing else was wrong. They were quick and had the necessary equipment on hand to fix our issue. We would use them again in the future if needed.

CAUSED $950 IN PLUMBING DAMAGE ALONE! Joseph Galipeau used an electric snake to clear the drain and ended up putting holes in the pipe, which caused water to come gushing through the kitchen ceiling. He cut a hole in the ceiling to get to the pipe, but then said he wasn't a licensed plumber and couldn't fix the problem he had just caused. Later in the day a licensed plumber came to look at the damage and gave us an estimate of $950. That does not include what it will cost to repair the ceiling. When contacted, Joseph Galipeau refused any responsibility and refused to pay for the damage. He only offered to find us another plumber who would make the repairs for less, but there is no way we will hire someone referred by him. He's hardly credible at this point. He claimed he helped us out by not charging for coming to clear the drain. In other words, he didn't charge us his fee for putting holes in the pipe. .

This is a fantastic company! They delivered everything promised in a professional and respectful manner. I would highly recommend going with these guys for your plumbing needs.

A blockage in the main drain from our house developed without warning 4 days before Christmas. As a result, water could not be used. I called Joe and he responded within 2 hours and worked for approximately 4 hours to unclog the drain. It became obvious that the problem could not be resolved without digging up the pipe. Joe was able to mobilize a crew and had them on site the following morning. The job was completed withing four hours and the drain was flowing. An ancillary problem developed with the internal drain pipe which began to leak severely (through no fault of Joe's) on Christmas morning. We had 14 people coming for dinner. I called Joe and he came right out and replaced the pipe. We were able to have dinner as scheduled. I cannot say enough good things about Joe's responsiveness and integrity. He performed above and beyond and at a fair price.

As a business owner myself I am all about spreading good word - if and when it's deserved. ASAP earned my rave review; very well deserved. And note, I'm pretty particular person! ;-) Saturday morning I awoke to pipes clogged so badly I couldn't flush anymore and my basement pipes were leaking from the pressure of the clog. As a new home owner I panicked, saw dollar signs flash before my eyes, and hurried to Angie's list to start my search for help. I called a few people and some were not able to come out same day, one quoted a scary base price, another said I was too far away (3 towns away, really?). Joe called me back within 30 minutes of my voicemail and got right in his van drove across the state for 1 hour to reach me. He immediately knew what the problem was upon arrival and dug in, after quoting me a very reasonable price for the work. Now I can flush again (yay!). All in all, something that could have cost me well over $400 with the big name companies cost me under $300 with him. And don't forget, he drove a total of 2 hours (round trip) on a Saturday! It's always scary hiring someone new for the first time, you never know what you are getting. Joe is personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and I will call on him again if ever needed.
