+ -1 moreWe didn't use the service this time because we all felt at this point it was unnecessary, and they didn't want us to spend money for something we did not need. Who does that? We decided to wait a few days, get more water, and see what happens then
Description of Work: We weren't sure if w had a leak. We used Bruce about 7 years ago, and he fixed some pinhole leaks in our pool.....he did a great job for 150.00 but that was 7 years ago. We called him again today because we weren't sure if our water loss was because of evaporation or another pinhole in our lining. We received a call back today (Saturday) and it was explained to us how we would tell the difference between a leak and normal evaporation due to heat and lack of rain. We decided after the explanation that it was more than likely evaporation. The person who we spoke to was very knowledgeable, and told us that the amount of water we were down was normal in this type of weather,but also told us what to look for.

+ -1 moreWe noticed our pool level was consistently going down every other day. I got Bruce's name as a recommendation from a family member. I called on Friday, and the customer service rep said they try to be out within 3 days of the call, so it could be Saturday or Monday. Bruce showed up on Monday, asked me what I was seeing with the pool. He checked the skimmers, then suited up in his scuba gear and inspected the liner. He was very thorough, and found a few small rips, and a large one, and a leak in a pool light that had been tripping the circuit. He repaired all the rips, put a better cap on the liner head, fixed the leak in pool light, and showed me everything on a diagram he made of my pool. He also recommended that I purchase additional pool liner caps online to get a better deal to address the sagging cap problem I have. It was well worth the price of not having to drain the pool to find leaks. I felt he was very thorough, professional and took the time to explain to me everything he saw. I would use Bruce again in a heartbeat.
