As one can tell by looking at our previous reviews, upon completion of our work we do a great job. Unfortunately, this particular case was a complete misunderstanding. As I have tried to explain to Mrs. [Member Name Removed], there was an add running on Angie's List for services with my company that I thought had expired. I was not responsive to the email from the Angie's List message center for a whole two weeks because, while on summer vacation with my family, I was certain that Jac's Cleaning Service, LLC was not accepting promotional offers. I assumed it was a standard automated message that I could check at a later time. I also explained that if she needed any refunds or had further questions, that Mrs. [Member Name Removed] could contact Angie's List personally and they will assist her. After apologizing for the miscommunication, I told her now that I knew about her inquiry, that we would be happy to provide services if they were needed. Any client who calls Jac's Cleaning Service, LLC at 860-303-6700 will be met with friendly customer service and professionalism. With proper contact of our office, and proper time confirmation, we can schedule a free estimate for all cleaning needs, commercial or residential for excellent service. Again, I had apologized for any miscommunication, and I hope other customers can understand that human beings make mistakes sometimes. Receiving an F all around rating from this person is unfortunate because there was no service performed, or even scheduled, to have been rated on at all. I cannot hold my company responsible for poor ratings on jobs that were non-existent, but in the future will be more diligent with checking the Angie's List message center messages.
