+ -1 moreI recently posted a very negative review of this firm based on the fact that the owner had not responded to my calls and after a month, I was still in need of someone to perform electrical services for me. It turned out that he was out of town for a good portion of that time and could not have done the work anyway. Still, a phone call to keep my apprised of his situation would have been appreciated and prevented me from submitting such a negative review. Hence, the "D" for Responsiveness. Having said that, I'm happy to report that Todd did contact me after his return (without further prompting from me). By this time, I had contacted another electrician, but 4 business days after talking with this second guy, he hadn't called me back, either, so I went ahead with Todd. We set an appointment and he arrived at my home promptly, assessed the work to be done, and did it efficiently and professionally. I'm happy to say that all of the jobs I needed doing were completed within a few hours. He did quality work and now that we've established a relationship I would happily use his services again and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
Description of Work: Replaced 2 motion sensing lights Moved 220V outlet for electric range so it could be pushed back further to the wall Blocked off 120V outlet behind stove Installed 120V outlet in cabinet above stove in preparation for installing an under-cabinet microwave Repaired damaged outlet in master bedroom Installed dedicated 120V outlet in garage for garage door opener

+ 0 moreThey came out, turned out the breaker had tripped, they installed a thermostat I had previously purchased. Took them about 5 minutes, in and out, $150.
Description of Work: They were very professional. Had no heat in living room and dining room.
