Description of Work: I have a summer cottage on the ocean so the chimney gets lots of slat and wind. Greg cleaned the chimney and then I asked for an inspection of the outside of the chimney. Lots of mortar was loose, the cap needing replacing, the flashing had been installed incorrectly by roofers, etc. Greg returned on a holiday (Memorial Day) to complete the outside work because the schedule was so tight he wouldn't have ben able to do the work for a month! He is great!
