It’s hard to leave a good review when your request for service call was not responded to. When we first moved to the area our real estate agent scheduled Buttormores to do our first clean out, no problem, it went down without a hitch. 4 years later I need another clean out, I called and left a message with respect to my location and service needs, I even stated that he had done the clean out here in the past. No call was returned ever, I guess this contractor is to big for his own britches. O e thing I can’t stand when calling for service is a business that doesn’t even have the common curtesy to return phone calls. I will never call again, and will never recommend this contractor to anyone! Shame on you Buttermore!

Great.They even moved up appointment because it was going to rain. Very professional and helpful.

HORRIBLE customer service. We recently had them come out to only pump the septic and nothing else. Needless to say, they left a huge hole in the front yard with a tower of large rocks coming out of it and I was charged $60 extra for them to do this. I contacted the owner via text, email, and voice mail regarding the situation over the course of a week. I even included the horrible pictures to show what a mess was left of my yard. I never received a reply as to why a hole was dug, why I was charged for it, and more importantly why my yard was left a mess! I wouldn't consider using them and would never recommend their services!!!!

After our septic tank backed-up into our house, they arrived within a of couple hours of our phone call to scope the line and determine the problem which required the replacement of the existing drain line. We schedule the replacement for a later date. They arrived when they said they would and completed the replacement in the time they said it would take. They made improvements on the system to make future routine cleanings easier without changing the price. They took care in minimizing the disturbance and restored the area as best as possible. Overall, they exceeded our expectations.

In the immortal words of cousin Eddie, "s****** was full". We were having done unpleasant things backing up into out basement. We called Buttermore's and they had a truck at our house within 3 hours. The driver, Tony, did an awesome job. He showed us what the problem was and gave us tips on prevention. We will use then again for sure.

Went pretty smooth. I am a long distance landlord, so all my communications were via phone or email (text too). Work was done quickly, and my renters tell me the yard looks fine with the work complete.

Called and left a message, they never responded.

They did a great job very thorough in and out quickly with no mess left behind.

Buttermore had the entire job started and cleaned up in two days. Very professional, excellent workmanship (have many photos of the new drains and connections before backfilled). Took as much care as possible to protect my flowers and plantings. Explained everything to us in detail every step of the way. Equipment very clean, workmen clean and polite, property left clean and tidy. Would recommend them highly and use again ourselves.

I liked them. They have a couple of different specialties. Someone recommended them to me. They were very prompt and helpful. They came quickly and did a good job.
