+ 0 moreI hired TruBlue for snow removal for the 2014-2015 season. I had to call a couple of times to get him to come out and do the snow removal. Then the next couple of storms, things went well. However with the Feb 2nd, 2015 snowstorm, no one came to do my driveway. It was a 10 inch storm and I ended up having to do the shoveling myself. I called him several times and my calls were never answered. He is NOT RELIABLE.

+ -1 moreFirst they sent an estimator within a few days. He was punctual and helpful. They scheduled someone to do the repairs within a few weeks. He showed up on-time, did everything without a hitch and only charged $144. I was very happy with them. They will return soon for some more tasks.

+ -1 moreIt did not go at all. Based on a google search on 11-2-14 late evening I found this contractor thru "Home Advisor" and I received a call from him the follow morning mid day. He said that he was busy that day but the following morning he would give me a call to schedule an appointment for today. Well morning came and went and we are now past noon and have heard nothing from him. The key you are looking for especially when your are contracting for recurring services and especially snow removal services is "RELIABILITY". Well I guess I got my answer with a no call no show situation. I would not consider him (Adam) because to me you are only as good as your word and quite obviously his talk doesn't follow the walk. I love Angie's list but there are instances when they don't have service contractors in my area. They are my first go to and I will always review a contractor on Angie's list when possible. So with that being said TRUBLUE is not for me. Good day!
Description of Work: Provider was to contact me today and make an appointment to come out today for snow removal services for 3 customers.

I was fustrated with my previous plow provider- bad plow experience ( they ripped up my curb on one side and were taking 24 hours to clear after a storm) A friend gave me the # to TruBlue. They came out that night! Neat clean work and reasonable time frame for the rest of the season! Angles!

+ 5 moreSurpassed my expectations ! Wonderful ! Done fast and right. No complaints. Workers are very professional and punctual.
Description of Work: Provider: Painted interior and also exterior, replaced ceiling tiles, replaced leaking garbage disposal, fixed outer light fixtures, installed all new light fixture in interior of house, yard spring clean up, mulched, power washed outdoor furniture. The cleaning service made it spotless after all work was completed.
