I spoke with three carpenters about this job, and each had a different approach. I had confidence in Dave's approach because by using an alternative to wood, I won't be facing the same issues with insect destruction down the road. He did the work over several weekends and he was punctual, pleasant and neat. The job was completed on time, so that the painters, who were doing my entire house, could include painting the porch. I got bids from three carpenters for this job, and Dave's was the most competitive. He is a skilled craftsman and I have worked with enough amateurs to know that getting the job done right the first time saves disappointment and more expense when make shift solutions fall apart.

Awesome, as usual. I have used Dave for years now. He has been replacing my windows a few at a time over the last year. He also put a new roof on before that. I call Dave for all my home repairs, although I tend to wait til I have a few things to be done before I call. Otherwise, he'd be here all the time. :) He is very talented and has good solutions. And you will never find a harder worker. He shows up when he says he will. Honestly, I can't say enough good things.
