Description of Work: They clean my house every two week. They even clean my sofa every time. Clean all the bathrooms, kitchen floor, vac everything including stairs.

Description of Work: I have them scheduled for bi-weekly house cleaning. I have been using this service for approximately one year. In that time frame the level of service has deteriorated considerably. They are supposed to be here for 2 to 3 hours. I am lucky if I get 45 minutes. The cleaning is definitely a hit or miss. They dust and vacuum around items (nothing is moved). When wiping down the ledge of the window sill, they cracked a panel on my very expensive blinds (in a room no one ever goes in) and never reported it. I found it quite by accident. If it's dropped, it stays there. They leave a check list of the work they have done. If you follow the list you will see that at least half of what has been checked off was not done. Because of my medical condition I cannot lift heavy items such as a mattress. I have been reporting for months that they do not hook the fitted sheet under the mattress. It gets laid on top. This still has not been corrected. They over spray furniture polish on the floors and don't clean it up. I have had quests slip on the slippery floors. Again consistently reported, but never corrected. For over three months I have been asking to have the ceiling fans dusted. I speak to Candace in the office frequently. She is very nice, sympathetic, but obviously has no authority, since nothing ever comes of the conversations. The job done the last time they were here was so bad that they were sent back out at no charge. Ultimately it was a waste of gas for Molly Maid. Nothing was done. My son was home and said she stood in the driveway the whole time on her cell phone. Definitely would not recommend them. I am presently looking for a more dependable service.

Description of Work: Contacted Molly Maids to thoroughly clean, top to bottom, my rental apartment that was "fouled" by previous tentants. I told the woman who scheduled the work EXACTLY what I wanted....... walls, floors, woodwork and windows washed, as well as thoroughly cleaning out all appliances, ceiling fans, vacuum carpets, bathrooms etc. I was quoted (much to my amazement) 3 1/2 hours and 2 women to complete the job.
