+ 0 moreI again called on the morning of 05/17/2013 to ensure that the delivery was on schedule. We waited patiently between 2 PM and 4 PM and called a couple of times. They stated that it would be delivered on time. Then it was after 4:00 PM and we called again - they stated that the driver was on the way. Same story at 4:45 PM. At 5:10 PM tried calling the office - everyone had left the office. Still waiting for the mulch (the payment was done a few days back with a credit card). It is now 5:50 PM. There is no way to contact them. Useless service!!!!! I am hoping that they would deliver it tomorrow. They did deliver it later in the day. I think they provided good quality.
Description of Work: I had arranged 22 yards of mulch to be delivered on 05/17/2013 between 2 PM and 4 PM. This arrangement was done more than a week back. I had called a few times to ensure that the delivery would be done on the correct date and time.
