Description of Work: I called and made an appointment for frank to come and give me an estimate for some exterior and interior painting to be done. When I made the appointment with the lady I made it very clear I needed the work done ASAP. They day frank was supposed to come he called me at the appointment time to say he wasn't coming and not only that but he was booked for the next month. The lady who made the estimate appointment should have told me that because I wouldn't have made an appointment with them at all.

Description of Work: Franklin Painting is very professional, does quality work. We had both the interior and exterior of the house painted by them. They were always prompt, professional, and willing to address any issues I had with touch up/fixing any areas that I thought needed extra work. They also did a great job of preping the drywall and wood before painting (i.e. caulking, spackling, fixing nail popps properly, and rotted wood). I highly recommend them and would use them again based on the quality of work. They also gave a 2 year guarantee on their paint job both inside and out. Frank was always responsive when I had any questions or concern. The only "downside" would be the cost. They were one of the most expensive painters that I got an estimate from but I was adament that the job would be done right and the quality would last for a substantial amount of time.

Description of Work: We talked on the phone about power washing my house. I told him the windows really needed to be power washed. He said he would get back to me with a date that he could do the house, He just showed up and did the house without letting me know he was coming. I wanted to be there when the house was power washed. The windows were just as dirty looking as they were before he came. I complained about the windows, so supposedly he came back to redo them, but they were just as dirty. Have a film over my windows from the solution he used. Definitely would not recommend.

Description of Work: I had my kitchen cabinets spray painted linen white and the result is a beautiful factory-like finish. Greg and his associates spent much time in prep work, cleaning and sanding and used fans to create a dust-free environment. They were also very professional, punctual and courteous. I would recommend this process to anyone who would like to change the color of their cabinets at a much lower cost than replacing them. It gives the look of a new kitchen. They also painted my cathedral ceiling and it looks great. I highly recommend Franklin Painting.

Description of Work: I had called for a quote to powerwash my house. I made a 7:00 am appointment via internet and received a confirmation. At 7:20 no one showed up and I called company to confirm appointment was still on. No one answered my call so I left a message telling them I had to leave for work soon and would someone get back to me. I was contacted about 8:15 am indicating that there had been a mix -up and contractor said he was familiar with my neighborhood and that it would cost $650. I felt that this was high without seeing condition of house- which only needed powerwashing in a few areas and was very clean. Needless to say- i was disappointed that no one showed up and without assessing the job how quickly he just quoted a price. I will not be calling this contractor again or for any other type of job in the future.

Description of Work: I contacted this company for a small job and they never got back to me. Very unprofessional and the sad part (for them) is that I have an entire house that needs wallpaper removal as well as painting and redoing. I would have appreciated a call back with a response. I neded to add to my report because I didn't want my grade to hurt them overall if the difficulty was with the phone. I apologize then if that is the case.
