We do free estimates. We mostly work in the residential area, however we do small commercial jobs. Our interior work is super fine and detail oriented. Our exterior work is exceptional and clean. Our services include but are not limited to pressure/power washing, wall paper removal and deck repairs and gutter cleaning.

Description of Work: One gentleman came and painted the inside of the garage; top to bottom. We provided the paint but he came without rollers and we happened to have some on hand. I wish they were more clear on how they planned to paint and what additional materials were needed. He was very polite and did more than he initially thought he could in one day. He was neat and cleaned up very well. Overall, he filled our need. Not sure I would hire for a bigger job.

Description of Work: Hired them to remove wallpaper from two rooms.They only got to do one room. I paid extra $100 to have them finish the room. In the end I had to finish the 12 x 10 room myself. They left pieces of wallpaper liner all over the room.

Description of Work: Difficult to contact; kept re-scheduling - sometimes with less than 24 hours notice (and I had already taken time off from work to be home!). Was not apologetic about this, would say that he needed to re-schedule because a bigger job came up. Never ended up doing the painting we pre=paid via an Angie's Deal because we just got fed up with all the scheduling problems.

Description of Work: I am very pleased with the painting job provided by Fernandez Painting. These gentleman were professional, punctual and courteous. The finished product was above and beyond my expectations. The painted rooms look great!! I would hire them again- and in fact, I know that I will hire them again. I was going to buy new doors, but when the doors were painted by Fernandez Painting they looked like new. I am very happy with price and the work from this company.
