It went great. Tania was very polite and personable. She was prompt, very professional and did a wonderful job cleaning our home. I have scheduled her to come on a biweekly basis.

She did a phenomenal job and was extremely efficient. She was very thorough, was on time, stayed extra, and her price was very fair. She was also polite, pleasant, honest and kind. I would highly recommend her and I would definitely hire her again.

Tanya, the cleaner assigned to the job, was friendly but focused. She got the job done in a decent amount of time and this service cost a little less than the others I looked into. Overall, I was happy I chose this company.

These ladies did a beautiful job and the place is wonderfully clean. They mopped a white tile floor, damp mopped all hardwood floors, cleaned the bathroom thoroughly. What I'm particularly pleased about is that they were able to remove grime that was wedged between a strip of metal and the backsplash wall, which was difficult. My refrigerator looks brand new now too, inside and out. And the exterior has that textured what finish, so that wasn't the easiest to clean. In addition, they rearranged furniture in my finish basement and the results are a considerable improvement. I am appreciative of all they did to help prepare my house for the market, and I will be using them for shorter, 2 hour cleanings every other week for the next few months.

It went very well. The owner of the business made an initial assessment to determine the length and cost of the cleaning job, gave me an estimate of the cost, and immediately assigned an employee to perform the work. The employee arrived promptly on the scheduled day and did a very thorough cleaning. She was pleasant to work with, applied herself well, asking questions when necessary, and completed the job within the estimated four hours. Future monthly cleanings will be of a routine nature and will cost less - approximately $95.00

.About a week and a half before the work was done the business owner visited our home to review the project and estimate the cost. Kasia arrived on time. She's personable yet professional and provided a reasonable and acceptable estimate which included their generous senior discount. About a week and a half later, the cleaning person, Teresa, arrived on the agreed-to date at the agreed-to time. My wife detailed the work needed, then left Teresa to the task at hand, cleaning wood paneled walls which to our knowledge had never been previously cleaned. The work, which was rather difficult, was completed in just about three hours. Environmentally green materials and supplies were used which is one reason why we chose this firm. Teresa did a great job. The paneling fairly sparkles, which is saying a LOT! Teresa left after doing a thorough clean-up of the area including equipment and supplies. My wife and I are completely satisfied with all aspects of this project and give Clean and Green Cleaning Service LLC our highest recommendation.

I chose this business from rave Angie's List reviews. It turned out that this agency's cleaning methods were not at all what I expected. Clean and Greens resembled a hotel maid service as far I could see. On the surface everything was neat and looked good until my husband pointed out missed cleaning. I was very disappointed. There was no harsh chemical smell after the cleaning was finished. I think the Green products do require a great deal more elbow grease --thus more time is required. If more effort does not go into cleaning and water isn't changed frequently enough harder to clean surfaces--floors, toilets, and bathtubs--have a residue. There are allergies in my family which is what prompted me to try this service. The cleaning agents were great for this but the way dusting was handled (a critical issue with allergies) was very poor. I outlined what I needed cleaned and how. I was never told 3 hours would not be enough time before I hired them. If I had been I would have had a chance to approach it differently. What resulted was dissatisfaction all the way around. I certainly did underestimate the amount of time needed with this group. Based on previous cleanings from multiple individuals I expected that 3 hours was more than enough time to do what I needed doing well. I found that it wasn't with Clean and Green?s approach to cleaning. I finally felt compelled to write my own Angie?s list review in fairness to others who hire based on these reviews. My opinion had changed substantially after I checked under beds, sofa, corners, table tops etc.

I am selling my house and told Kasia the house needed to be sparklingly clean. They were to do the windows as well. I gave her the size of the house and she gave me a per window cost and then said they had a Spring Cleaning special of 5 hours for $150. Any additional hour would be extra. I agreed. The windows would be done the first day and the house the next. Due to heavy rain the first day, Olena cleaned the house on day one. She did a good job even though I did have to do some clean up after her. My only complaint is that it took her 6 hours and that includes time spent on the phone chatting. Once she told me her boss was calling but the rest of the time I don't believe she was speaking to her boss as it seemed she was on the phone an excessive amount of time. I came away with the feeling she would have been finished sooner and done a better job downstairs. She did a great job upstairs but downstairs I noticed after she left that I had to do some cleaning up. I have a lower rating for proffessionalism because I don't think it's acceptable to be on the phone while working for a client (especially when charging by the hour). The windows were cleaned the next day by Teresa who did an excellent job. She worked very hard from the moment she arrived until she finished. I have nothing but good things to say about her and highly recommend her. The windows were amazing and she even redid a couple of windows Olena had washed the previous day.

We've used this service for two months so far (monthly cleaning) and are so happy with it that we have asked to start biweekly cleaning from this point forward. Kasia is the owner and is a lovely person to work with. She met with us in our home for our initial consultation and explained everything, including how their services work, what gets cleaned, the products they use and what supplies we should provide (they can supply their own products at an additional charge). She has been great with communication and working with us to schedule the cleaning. They are bonded and insured, which is nice since we have the house cleaner come when we are away at work during the day. We have the same person come each time which is really nice because she can get to know our home and what our expectations are (plus, our dog 'knows' her now, so she can enter the house when we're not there.) I love that they use a 'green' method of cleaning, which means that they use a lot of vinegar and other natural products. There is no chemical smell in the air after they clean and I feel better using these non-toxic products, especially with our toddler and our dog in our home. It is really a treat to come home to find the house so clean. Overall we have been thrilled with their services and would highly recommend them.

Owner is lovely. The cleaning was good and if I complained she would be right there to inspect the cleaning. I just got tired of the one person not being consistent with each cleaning. She would skip doing stairs, not dusting everything, meaning the heating units etc. At first I thought she was doing it all but I found places she was not hitting. You should know what should be cleaned all of the time.

The owner, Kasia, is very active in ensuring you are happy with the service. She came out to inspect the house and estimate the cost for initial cleaning and then for continued upkeep. She was clear with what the customer is to provide, as well as what to expect from the service. It is different in that you don?t smell any cleaning agents; the group uses ?green? methodology. The service is good value for money.

I am impressed and will continue using their services.

Cleaning is OK. However, I end up writing a check to the individual who does the work, and not to the company. I have yet to ask about the logic behind this, but admittedly haven't.

Well. Clean and Green was willing to negotiate a schedule and pricing to meet our needs. They clean our main living areas (not guest rooms which are rarely used) and are very responsive to requests and feedback. They always show up on time and get right to work. And, if we have a schedule conflict, they'll work with us to reschedule.

The team at Clean and Green is fantastic! They have been providing bi-weekly cleaning services for us for about 2 months and I couldn't be happier. We have used a number of different cleaning services, including some of the big chains, and I finally feel like I found one that is worth the money. They are committed to using all natural cleaning products, which I love since I am pregnant and have young kids. They do a very thorough job and when I have asked for special attention to be paid to certain areas in the home they did it right away. Everyone that I have met on their team has been professional and courteous. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Girl got lost getting here so was approx. 45 mins late, but once she arrived she did an excellent job. She just tacked the extra 45 mins on the end, so I still got my 3 hrs. worth of cleaning. I told her I wanted my apartment to 'sparkle' when she left, and it truly did. Would definitely ask for her next time. I purchased 3 3hr. cleaning sessions through Groupon for $185 and am very pleased that I did.

This is a great company. We had searched for this type of cleaning company for a while. We like that they're bonded and insured since we do have some valuables and we tend to have them come when we're not around. They're by far the most responsive and accommodating company we've worked with. The best part is our home is thoroughly cleaned every time using natural products. If there are any questions or concerns about anything they do, they're quite receptive to feedback.

Kasia was very kind and punctual when she first came to the house to view it in order to prepare an estimate for cleaning. She provided us with a quote on the spot. After discussing with my girlfriend, i e-mailed Kasia several times regarding various options for payment, schedule of cleanings, etc. Just numerous questions we kept thinking of. She provided quick responses each time. We scheduled our first cleaning and left the front door open for the cleaner. SHe did a thorough job and it was spotless when we returned home. We have since provided them with a front door key, and they have continued to provide the same thorough cleaning every two weeks. We have the same cleaner each time, and we trust her not to steal anything. We have checked our valuables and they remain intact. We also get e-mail reminders of our scheduled cleanings which is nice, and we just leave payment on the stove for the cleaner. Overall I'm very happy with Clean and Green.

The company gave me a price over the phone (most must come to your house to give you a "quote"). The price was what I was given over the phone. There are no problems at all so far.

They are trustworthy and nothing has been broken. They show up every week or every scheduled time. She is insured. She follows up after each cleaning to make sure that you are happy. If they missed something, you can let them know and they will come back and fix it.

For the most part I was excited about the service. I very much enjoyed coming home to a clean house even though the cost was rather high. I would have rated their service much higher had I not come home one night to find that the service person had been surfing the internet on my office computer. I normally secure my computer, however I had left it one prior to leaving work. Over three hours of internet histories were tracked while this person was supposed to be cleaning my home. I felt this was an immense invasion of my privacy and I could not imagine letting someone in my home, unsupervised ever again. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service.
