My leaking furnace is now fixed! David was able to fix the problem in no time at all.

We had a 30+ year old R22 compressor give out, and need to have it (and the entire AC system upstairs) replaced with a newer system. The team from Advanced Mechanical Services was fantastic. The estimate was done the next day after my initial call, and the job was quickly scheduled & finished in less than two days. The team left a perfectly clean yard (had to work from the outside as well due to the narrow access to our attic from indoors) and driveway, the interior was of the home spotless afterwards, and the work was well done and very professional. Plus they were extremely friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and address any potential concerns that I had - and not knowing a thing about HVAC systems I had quite a few questions! A big 'thank you' to doing this so quickly, and right before the start of the summer season and the high temperatures!

First, the lady who called was very professional yet friendly. Second, the tech showed up early, observing proper covid-19 protocol. Diagnosis was quick and he explained very clearly what the issue was. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing service especially for geo thermal units as most companies don't seem to want to touch them.

Everything went according to Plan. Shawn came out, gave us an estimate and promised the work would be done in a timely manner. It was. The technicians were very professional and neat. They cleaned up after themselves and took out the old furnace. Can't praise them enough.

So many choices when your looking for a company to service your heating and air conditioning needs. When we reached out on social media for suggestions for a reputable and reliable company so many people highly recommended Advanced Mechanical Services that we wondered if it was for real. Well now you can count us among the believers. From the moment Deena took our phone call till Rob and Ian arrived at our home and completed the work on-site, these incredibly talented and professional people did their job on time, as promised, with courtesy and knowledge and quickly identified and fixed both our heating and air conditioning issues that three other companies that we paid big money to in the past could not figure out. Their reasonable bill for quality work was another surprise. And they were COVID compliant and respectful with masks AND gloves which made us feel comfortable (as senior citizens) having them come into our home to do work.

They had quick response time on a holiday weekend. Initially did not have the part in truck but was able to locate and came out first thing the next day to fix the A/C before the temps went up. Even showed me how to maintain my unit to avoid other issues.

They were very professional. I never had them to come back when they did the work. They were top notch and I always used this company. They had a good price. Rocky was so good and outstanding.

They are the only person I would refer to anybody. They came out here, everybody were very happy working. they showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do. ca;;l bacl did what sahowed up and did a great job.

Outstanding service. I called because my boiler was leaking and the after hours technician responded within 30 minutes of our call. Our coil plate and gasket were rotted and bolts had snapped and we decided that we would replace the boiler because ours was 16 years old. We spoke with the owner and sales manager the following morning and were told that they would be happy to replace the boiler if that is what we wanted to do but they felt our boiler could be repaired at a fraction of the cost and no where near the end of it's usable life. So we decided to go for the repair and they were right, it worked like a charm! So instead of a $9,000 boiler and indirect replacement, we spent $472 and my boiler was up and running the next day. We have used Advanced Mechanical Services for our conversion from oil to natural gas and for our air conditioning installation. They have always been very professional, courteous, prompt and their pricing has always been competitive. I would highly recommend them.

Advanced Mechanical Services (AMS) went out of their way to get our new oil tank installed and the old one removed in the winter. We were experiencing issues with our old tank where our oil company could not fill the old tank. AMS worked closely with us to install the new tank quickly. They kept us in the loop and were on time on installation day. The installers were professional, kept us informed and did an excellent job. In addition, they cleaned up after themselves. We also use them for our annual furnace cleaning. They always do a great job and have come out on emergency calls a few times over the past 25 (or more) years. I highly recommend them.

Terrible. For starters the rep that was sent out was not licensed to do estimates or to do HVAC work, not according to the State of Ct., yet this individual told me on the phone that he was. After a check on the State's elicense look up I was unable to find him licensed at all for any such type of work. He was rude , refused to talk about my concerns and he came 45 minutes early before the scheduled approved time and was present of only 5 minutes. According to the State of Connecticut only the owner of Advanced Mechanical Services holds the proper credentials, however he is constantly "un available" and has not returned my calls The quote was $5,071.00 over the original quote and budget of $10,000.00. When I spoke with the office people they were rude and nasty to me. They lied time in and time out to me and refused to answer questions. They refused to provide me with their insurance and license data which is my right to ask for in the State of Connecticut. Once I learned that they were not properly licensed they with draw their quote. This company is not recommended at all by this HVAC person and Home Inspector.

I have used them for many years. I trust their competence, they're friendly, and they're on time.

Went very well with no unpleasant surprises. Installers were very professional. They were punctual, neat and knowledgeable. I feel very satisfied, but the real test will come during the first cold snap this fall. The best part was that I knew what I wanted and they were very willing to accommodate me.

they came the day I called for service. It was a difficult job but was done professionally and I was kept in the loop the entire time.

Everyone was helpful. The repair person disabled the ionic filter, and showed me how to use the mechanical one. I'd definitely use them for a larger job.

It was an overall positive experience. It took less than one week from the time we placed the order until the system was installed. They came to do the installation the day they said they would and it took one day. The only issue I had is that some of the crew members were not very friendly; I had to point out that one of the units was not level (that was corrected) and the cleanup afterward was not very thorough.

This contractor is very professional and does an excellent job of answering all my questions, both before and after he does the job. He is always punctual and very reliable as well. I highly recommend him.
