+ -1 moreEd logs onto my computer with an icon that was installed via telephone instructions. He was able to see what was happening on my computer and walk me through how to correct the problem. (this time it was a virus). I have been using Ed's services since 2009. He is very trustworthy. He takes the time to explain things in a way they I can understand what's happening He has helped us with many things; setting up email accounts, outlook calendar sharing, network sharing...
