The job was done very poorly, because there was an air coming out of the door. that I had to complaint, and they told me that this is normal for a security door, which my friend has the same exact door but doesn't do it. They came once to fix it but could not still fix it. I would not recommend the to anyone.

My husband and I have been using this contractor for approximately 6.5 years now. When we moved into our house, we were given his name by a local real estate agent as a top local contractor. The company name is United Building & Remodeling and the contractor's name is Tom Saucier. Tom and his crew have helped us update the majority of our home....bathrooms, attic, windows, tile, deck repair and converting a garage into an office space. I'm sure there's more that I'm forgetting. As Tom will tell you, they do everything but paint. Tom is always fair on pricing, and he and his crew are always pleasant, professional and on time. They never leave a job until the job is complete. They are never gone for days or weeks at a time (like some horror stories you hear). They show up every day that is necessary, even if it's just for an hour to touch something up. Our most recent of many experiences with Tom was with our roof. Our roof is on the older side and we lost some tiles during Hurricane Sandy. We thought we would have to replace our roof. But, Tom checked it out and told us our roof had a few more years left and that he could just patch it for $350...the cost of his labor and supplies. He could have just told us that we needed a new roof, but he didn't. I think that speaks volumes about his integrity. My husband and I will definitely be calling on United Building & Remodeling when we do need that new roof, and when any other projects arise at our home.
