+ -1 moreIt didn't. After several calls and even making contact, ultimately communications broke down due to failure of company to return calls. They must be too busy to make on additional work.

+ -1 moreOur family was an early adopter of solar panels. The state and utility were the biggest hurdles. Bob and Sun-Wind held our hand through the whole process. Starting with clear financial analysis and discussion on aesthetics and sourcing, through filing of the required paperwork, we felt supported the whole time. Very highly recommended.

+ -1 moreVery punctual and responsive. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the end result. A few months after the install an inspector from the State of CT came to inspect the installation and he even complimented the quality of the work. Only complaint is that they left several card board boxes full of left over garbage parts in the garage at the end of the project. Total cost at end of project was $17,850. After the federal rebate I expect the final cost to be about $12,500.
Description of Work: Installed a 4.5k solar system.
