Zeisler is the kind of company that picks up guys from the labor pool, sticks a paintbrush in their hand and calls them a painter. He'll take your money and butcher your house and when you complain he'll blame prior paint jobs, mildew, the age of the house (and then he'll call you crazy and inreasonable) In a nutshell, his painters are good at slapping the paint on but Prep work is beyond them. They did an excellent job. We had some issues with timing as I was traveling a lot during the job and would have preferred to be here. However, everything went well so it didn't turn out to be a problem. They were fast, efficient and we were very happy with the quality of the work. I have used them in the past for interior painting which I would describe as miraculous in matching the colors I wanted. Jeff Wright (Project Manager) is a miracle worker at matching colors and a terrific guy to boot. They did leave several large bags of trash, painting stuff, for us to dispose of which I thought wasn't appropriate but, a minor inconvenience. They are unquestionably our go to painters and I will surely be using them again in the future. I would highly recommend them.

I'm a fairly picky consumer when it comes to home services (we all know the efforts associated with getting estimates and then getting the work completed.) Steve did the right job at the right price. His team was detail oriented, friendly and conscientious about the work they performed. and were spotless on the clean-up. Would look forward to using them again.

Steve Zeisler's crew did a terrific job painting the exterior of my house! It was power-washed and sanded before the painting began. There was quite a bit of repair work that needed to be done on exterior woodwork and shutters, and the men repaired/replaced whatever was needed. The size of the crew varied from two men to four or five, depending upon the stage of the job they had reached. I had asked the painters to be careful about opening doors and windows of the house because of my two cats and, for the most part, they were. The men were cooperative about any task I asked them to complete. They were hard workers and always appeared when they were supposed to. Because they could not paint if it had rained within six hours of starting time, the job took longer than I had expected, but that was understandable. Tom, the manager of the team, was available in person, by phone, or by text if I had any concerns or questions. The only downside of using this company was that most of this crew did not speak very much English, so communications were mainly through the foreman, who was on the job every day. I was totally pleased with the neat, careful, professional job that Steve Zeisler's Painting did for me and I intend to use this company again!

The job was well-done and on budget. Steve was extremely professional. His contractors were very knowledgeable and alerted us to rotten wood that needed to be repaired before it was painted, so that they weren't covering damage.

Great, good professional team. Good job, Minor areas still need small touch up as the carpenter did not finish these areas while painting was happening. Very minor.

They did a great job!! They were on time, clean and neat and did a great job. I am extremely happy with the service and the price. Steve is extremely quick to respond to questions via email, making it easy to be in touch.

Steve was prompt in returning my initial call and submitting an estimate. Once we decided to move forward, Steve's crew contacted me shortly and was able to complete the work in a timely manner. The guys were professional, courteous, and very good at their jobs. We were very pleased with how everything turned out, and would likely use Steve in the future.

It is the busiest time of year, so it was no surprise it took a month from the time the contract was agreed to and the service was performed. The guys arrived as scheduled and did the work as requested, with no collateral damage. The results were beyond my expectations. The power washing completely removed all the green and black algae from the house and the moss from the shed. The whole place looks infinitely better.

Steve Zeisler was very prompt and business-like. in getting the estimate done. I negotiated the price byless than 5% because it was already reasonable. His partner later dropped by to see the site and recommend the paint that would suit our needs. They first power washed my trim and cedar shake siding on our 5 berm 2-storey house using a peroxide-based solution that wouldn't harm our landscaping. After that had dried, three pleasant professional painters arrived on time with all ladders, etc and began to sand the trim (by hand and power). Despite some very awkward heights and intruding holly trees, they methodically painted all the trim and the small true-divided light windows without splashing paint anywhere. NO muss, no fuss--just very quietly professional. A real pleasure . I have had many paint jobs by many painters over the past 40 years--these were easily the best. And the painted trim looks great.

Started out doing an excellent job - painters worked carefully. Toward end the painters appeared to rush and they ended up leaving the trim in one room unpainted. They returned to complete that room when requested but left portion unpainted and work was sloppy. Also, they use a cheap paint and the color in one room in particular is not at all close to the sample.

The workers are very good and they clean up well before they leave. They finished the project in one week. They did a good job.

they did an excellent job (so far as I could tell) but they asked for (and received) an extra 2k because, they said, there was more work than they expected. I felt that if I didn't pay it they would do a crummy job (they were half way through at the time).

They were good and did the job very, very well. The paint that they initially used wasn’t suited for our walls because our dogs would leave smudges on it. They stood by their work. They said they would come and redo it with a more durable paint, which I thought was very reasonable of them. They are not doing it for free, but I think they gave us a very competitive price. We also want them to do another room in the house very soon and just got a quote from them. We have been very happy with their work.

We called for an estimate and Steve called us back w/ in 24 hours even though he was out of town. He followed up on the proposed timeline and pricing and the service was performed on time and on budget.

Steve, and his partner, Jeff run a great company. The painters showed up on time, were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did an excellent job. (I gave the guys sandwiches and they didn't stop to eat them since they were so busy working). This was the second time using their service as they stand by their "no regrets" and will guarantee painting for 3 years. This was important as our previous home was flanked by trees, in moisture rich area and some shingles peeled. Steve took care of this right away. Once the work was finished, my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. He ran a painting business back in college and has very high standards. He gave them two thumbs up. We highly recommend these guys for their exceptional service and attention to detail.

Work performed was fair, at best. Had to come back several times for missed window trim, etc. Deck looks blotchy.

These guys are awful! They did a really poor job on my house. They were supposed to take down the shutters and paint them then re-hang them. They didn't paint the back of the them and then re-hung them without contracting a mason. He just screwed them directly into the wall. One of the guys put a ladder through one of my windows and never took responsibility for it. The paint they used cracked shortly after the job. Their contract stipulations are deceiving and their advertising is deceiving. They are an awful company.
