 + -1 moreAGAIN THEY SEEMED TO BE THERE WHEN YOU CALLED THEM AND RESPONDED RIGHT AWAY. AGAIN, IT SEEMED TO BE A SMALL LOCAL FRANCHISE WITH GOOD SERVICE. THEY HAVE GOOD, KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME TO LOOK AT IT AND DIDN'T CHARGE US ANYTHING. IT WAS A HOT TUB HEATING MALFUNCTION.

 + -1 moreI HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEIR WORK WAS GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. WE'RE LOVING THE HOT TUB. THEY COME WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE LOCATED FAR AWAY, THEY DON'T MIND COMING FOR MINOR PROBLEMS.

 + -1 moreWE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. THE SALEPERSON CAME OUT TO REVIEW OUR SITE BEFORE THE TUB WAS INSTALLED AND GAVE US HIS OPINION ON POSITIONING.
Description of Work: INSTALLED A FREE STANDING, 6 PERSON HOT TUB IN OUR BACKYARD. DELIVERED AND SET UP TUB.
