I called Precision Pest Control, and reached their operator / answering service. I was told that I would be given a call back. I received the call literally within 5 minutes and was speaking to Kevin, the owner. First of all, he was very professional and extremely patient. I had a lot of questions since I try to avoid using chemicals in my home as much as possible. He treated me with utmost respect and was honest as he described the process. I had called several other services before I decided on Precision. Kevin definitely sealed the deal with his "NON-hard-sell" approach to dealing with me and my problem. (Nothing is more frustrating then when you are trying to find out about a company's services and they are hard-selling you using fear tactics, etc.) So I scheduled an appointment the very next day, which if you've ever been infested was a godsend. He arrived and walked with me through each of my rooms discussing what the approach would be. He also asked to see my unfinsihed basement and noticed I had a dusty crawl space there. Without charging me anything additional, he offered to spray down the basement since flea activity might be occuring there. I was thrilled since I had originally thought I would avoid doing the basement altogether and just hope for the best. I left my house in his hands and went to run errands. He told me to come back after 5-6 hours and I could resume living life as normal. However, he told me that I had to vacuum all the carpets once a day for 2 weeks to ensure that the fleas would be eradicated. Follow these directions if a flea infestation happens to you! Fleas are quite a pest; even after a pesticide treatment there can be flea activity for several weeks. I am almost at the end of the 2nd week as I write this review and I believe (fingers crossed) that the fleas are almost completely gone. What's great is that Precision Pest offers a 6-month guarantee on their work. Kevin assured me that if the process doesn't work, contact him again and he will come back and redo the service at no additional charge. You can't go wrong with this firm.

Excellent. Responsive - called me back. Professional, polite and knowledgeable and scheduled a mutually convenient date - the day before his daughter's weddding even.

Kevin is very professional, honest and straightfoward about what needs to be done. We had just rented our rental home to a family who, upon move-in, found mouse droppings in the attic, in the garage, and in the kitchen cabinets. (The previous tenants never complained of mice so we had no idea.) The tenants also informed us of multiple wasp/bee nests and active wasps/bees around the outside of the home and that they felt there were roaches inside the home. Kevin came out, went through the home top to bottom and was able to honestly advise us of the size of the mouse infestation, the amount of bee/wasp nests present and that he saw no evidence of roaches. He then gave us options for treating both the inside mouse issue and the outside wasp/bee issue plus that he saw evidence of carpenter ants on the exterior of the home. We had him treat inside for mice, which he did in a 3 step process, requiring two further visits to the home, and treat the exterior for the wasps/bees and carpenter ants. He was honest, straightfoward about what did and did not need to be done and he also advised our tenants about the correct way to store garbage (inside the garage, not outside) so that animals could not get to it. He called to say what he was going to do and what the charges were before he did them, and he respected and understood our request that we be the deciding party as the landlord. We hope to never have to use him again for mice but will definiltey use him for yearly or every-other-year exterior treatment as necessary!

He responded quickly and spent time answering all of my questions regarding animals and insects in general. Also had him treat the perimeter for ticks. Haven't seen any more bees so I would highly recommend.

Took about an hour fromstart to finish

At night we could hear scratching noises in the attic. Kevin was extremely responsive and professional in his inspection and provided us with thorough description of the problems, treatment and types of bait used. He came back 2 weeks later to follow up and retreat if necessary. Since his visit we have had zero problems with mice. We will continue to use Kevin and his company for all follow-ups and periodic inspections.

He always picks up the phone so I never have to leave a message. Because of that, we can get things moving and work gets started immediately. He is very prompt, he does the work well, and he follows up.

Found some flying ants inside the house, in a very high window, near the roof line. Called Precision Pest Control and they sent someone that same day (3 hours or so after my call). They determined they were reproductive pavement ants and sprayed in a couple of rooms baseboards, but not on the window since they warned us that the walls' paint may get stained. They also sprayed outside in the perimeter of the house and in the outside of the window where the insects were. They warned us that it might take up to 2 weeks for them to be completely gone, which turned out to be quite accurate, although the insects I kept finding after their service were in the floor, and already dead thanks to the insecticide they applied. They were very responsive and fast and explained with a lot of detail the issues and the solutions. Very professional. They were a little on the expensive side but the results were very good. I will definitely call them again next year, but earlier in order to prevent the problem instead of solving it.

I called Precision Pest Control and they were out to my house within 24 hours. Their service was impeccable. They were professional and they gave a guarantee for their work. I would use them again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend them.

Kevin was efficient, polite, and very reassuring that he would stand behind his work, coming back, if necessary until we were satisfied the problem was resolved. He worked quickly, efficiently, and was unobtrusive throughout. At my insistence, he took a few moments to join me in a cup of coffee. Sadly, since we no longer have any signs of unwanted guests in our home, we probably won't be seeing him for a while.

I was very pleased with how quickly my problem was taken care of. Kevin was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I have not seen anymore rodents since the 2-week follow up. I feel very comfortable knowing my problem is solved and if anything arises, I have a 6-month warranty. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

It was very well done. Kevin Millen was friendly, professional, and very neat in the home. He explained things well, was extremely thorough, and took safety precautions about use of any chemicals. The price was very fair, considering our large home and the amount of time he spent taking care of the ant/spider problems we had. He assured us that if there were any other problems the work was guaranteed for 6 months, however we have not seen an ant or spider since he worked here. I highly recommend this company! So much more dependable and thorough than a more famous company we used in the past.
